Presentation of DBM law firm - 

DBM has been active, since 1993, in the fields of Industrial Risk / Product Liability , Insurance , Regulatory , Transportation and Commercial Litigation .

Since then, the activity has expanded to include the fields of civil engineering , construction and social security litigation  (gross negligence on the part of the employer).

DBM is made up of 4 partners and associates with recognised expertise in the above-mentioned fields.

DBM offers its clients a  multi-disciplinary team with recognised expertise, which intervenes with a legal and technical approach to all types of cases within its areas of expertise, whether the issue is advice, pre-litigation or litigation, or arbitration.

Our clients are mainly industrial companies, along with insurance companies (French and foreign) who are leaders in the field of industrial risks and transport law. DBM also works in collaboration with brokerage firms.

 DBM 's head office is located in Paris and it also has two secondary offices, created several years ago: one in La Rochelle , and the other in Marseille.

This presence within France enables it to offer its clients efficient management since, depending on the location of the case, it is handled from the nearest office, with the resulting savings in management costs and knowledge of the local jurisdictions and the main judicial actors, including the Experts.

DBM also has a network of organic partners abroad with whom it maintains a relationship of trust.

Thanks to their partners in Europe and South America, DBM’s lawyers are able to handle complex cases involving litigation under several national regulations.

Located in the 8th district of Paris, DBM has also strengthened its geographical presence by setting up two secondary offices, one located in the West (La Rochelle) and the other in the South East (Marseille).
This geographical location allows for an efficient management of the cases entrusted to us, reducing travel costs considerably.
